December

December started off with a trip to Indianapolis to visit Anthony's parents.  They live in UT, but Ant's Dad works in Indiana.  So it was fun to see his stomping grounds.  One of the highlights was the Children's Museum, which is probably the biggest, coolest children's museum I've ever been to.  The kids were in heaven.

Right around the beginning of Christmas break is when a two month wave (at least that's what it is by the time I'm writing it) of sickness began.  This adventure has included colds, flues, pinkeye, 4 weeks of laryngitis, and three waves of stomach flues.  We did have moments where we were all relatively healthy.  But most of the time, at least some of us felt like this.

Christmas!

Anthony's code name for sleeping under the tree.

This was one of my favorite presents.  Ira made me a coupon for Salvation Army, funded by Anthony. Ha!  My son knows me too well.

And Eliot gave me an envelope filled with coins he stole from our junk drawer
with a twisted paper clip. Three year olds are awesome.

 In other news...

Esther started solids,

and Ira got glasses.  This is exactly how thrilled he was about it.  But at least now he can read without squinting.
Life is good!
